  3. Let cool until lukewarm.
  4. Then place a small amount into palm of the hand and distribute evenly throughout hair.
  5. Next, cover your hair with a plastic cap.
  6. leave in for 20 minutes to 45 minutes.
  7. Shampoo (use sulfate-free), condition, style.
